This is P NATION.
We would like to provide information on how to participate in HWASA’s public broadcast and the items required.
Please note that this notice is subject to change,
so we recommend regularly checking this page for the latest updates
to ensure you have the most current information.
[How to Participate in the Public Broadcast]
1) Participation in the public broadcast is only possible through prior registration.
2) Registration will be conducted through a survey on HWASA’s Official Fan Community (hwasa.bstage.in).
3) Participation requirements may vary for each public broadcast, so please make sure to carefully review the instructions for the broadcast you wish to attend
4) For live broadcasts, no separate registration will be accepted. Only those who have participated in the pre-recording will be checked for entry, starting with the earliest numbers.
5) For pre-recordings, on-site participation will only be possible for those who arrive at the designated check-in time.
[How to Apply for the Public Broadcast]
Application Form
- Name / Date of Birth (YYMMDD) / Contact Number (000-0000-0000) / Email Address registered on HWASA’s Official Fan Community (b.stage)
* If the information does not follow the format provided, including spacing, your entry may be placed at the end of the list.
[Required Items]
1) A valid ID (physical copies only)
2) Proof of purchase for HWASA’s [HWASA The 2nd Mini Album [O]]
3) Printed proof of download for all tracks from HWASA’s [HWASA The 2nd Mini Album [O]] + membership information page (Melon/iTunes only)
4) Official Light Stick
* To ensure smooth operation, late arrivals will only be accepted before the first reassembly time. Please note that depending on the situation, there may be no reassembly time, so make sure to arrive on time for the headcount.
[Valid IDs]
1) Only IDs in the form of a ①card (plastic type) or a valid passport will be accepted.
The ID must include ②a photo ③name ④date of birth or resident registration number.
2) IDs that do not meet one or more of the criteria from ①~④ will require additional documents
(Additional documents: physical copy of the resident registration, health insurance card, family relationship certificate, etc.)
3) Only physical copies of ID will be accepted; mobile IDs or photocopies/photos will not be permitted
4) For those who have legally changed their names, please bring a Resident Registration Certificate that includes both old and new names.
[Proof of Album Purchase]
1) The album must include the case, photobook and CD to be accepted.
2) Unopened albums (with the plastic wrap still on) will not be accepted.
3) If you have received an album purchase verification sticker, it can be used at the next public broadcast.
4) Verification using only a receipt or proof of purchase, without the physical album, will not qualify for an album purchase verification sticker.
[Proof of Download]
1) All tracks must be downloaded from Melon or iTunes to be accepted.
2) Proof of download will only be accepted through a printed copy, so ensure the contents are clearly visible.
3) Only individual track downloads or downloads will be accepted, formats of MP3/DCF/FLAC will not be accepted.
4) The name listed on the purchase history and membership information page must match.
5) If you have received an album download verification sticker, it can be used at the next public broadcast.
[Public Broadcast Participation Guideline]
1) On the day of the broadcast, the check-in location will be announced via the P NATION STAFF X account (@PNATION_STAFF)
2) Please arrive at the check-in location 5 minutes before headcount time and stand by according to your assigned number. Those who arrive after the designated time, please move to the late arrivals line (i.e. for check-ins at 2:30 PM, individuals will be late starting from 2:30:01)
3) Photography, filming, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside and around the broadcast station.
Personal recordings (selfies, vlogs, etc.) while waiting in line are also prohibited, as it may cause misunderstandings and result in disadvantages towards the entire fandom. Any violations may result in data deletion and exclusion from all public broadcasts and events related to the album.
4) Only those who registered for the public broadcasts may participate.
(Transferring registrations will result in a ban from all future events and public broadcasts related to this album for all parties involved.)
5) Those who register but fail to attend the broadcast will receive a warning
**Warnings are cumulative, so after three warnings, you may be banned from participating in any future public broadcasts related to this album.
6) If you need to leave your spot during the broadcast, please consult with one of the on-site STAFF first. Failure to do so may result in disadvantages to your entry.
7) Personal cheer items are not allowed. (non official light sticks, slogans, phone LEDs etc.)
8) Only letters will be accepted as gifts during the public broadcast. (Envelopes containing anything other than a letter will not be accepted.)
9) Failure to follow STAFF’s instructions may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue at the STAFF’s discretion.
10) Once the broadcast has started, early departures are not allowed. Please only register if you are certain you will be able participate until the end of the recording.
11) Each broadcast program has a specific age restriction. Please check the program’s information before registering. (Those who do not meet the age requirements will not be included on the list.)
12) For each broadcast, there may be height restrictions for the standing entry, and you may be directed to seats regardless of your entry number. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the broadcast stations’ regulations.
13) Please note that we are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from not adhering to the guidelines.
