[NOTICE] HWASA Fan Support Application Guide

We would like to inform you of HWASA’s fan support regulations and the application process.
  
Please note that our regulations have been set to ensure that we convey your loving support to HWASA as safely as possible, so your cooperation would be much appreciated.
  
Details below:  
  
 
[How To Apply]
1. If you want to provide fan support, you may apply by email at [email protected] at least 3 days before the desired support date.
2. Wait until you receive a confirmation email 
3. After a final confirmation, the support will only be delivered through the support representative 
* As the schedule and availability will be determined once the support email has been sent, ensure to send your email in advance to ensure your desired schedule. 
* Fan letters and gifts that are not included in the supportable items list can only be delivered by mail (support application is not required)

* Please be sure to write the artist's name clearly on the exterior of the fan letter or gift to ensure that it is safely delivered
* We will not be providing confirmation of delivery of fan letters and gifts sent by mail/delivery
* Due to the delivery period, items that can get easily damaged will not be delivered to the artist
Ex) Food (processed foods included), cake (model, sugar cakes included), glass or ceramic products (frames, cups, bowls, etc.), plants (flower bouquets, wreaths, vases, etc.)
* Prior application is not required for fan letters and gifts sent by mail/delivery. Please make sure to send them to the address above.
 
 
[Support Application Process]
1. Anniversary Support
- Only possible for birthday or debut anniversary
* Support for other anniversaries can only be done through mail/delivery.
- Request Period: A month before the anniversary date
* If you wish to proceed with a birthday support on July 23rd, you can start applying on June 23rd

* For items of support, make sure to specify in detail (Ex. 1 Book, 30*50cm Frame, etc.)
* Requests that do not follow the given format will not be accepted (Subject format included)
* Support items will be delivered based on the application; items not included will not be delivered.  
* Applied items can be coordinated based on the situation
  
2. Schedule Support
- Broadcast (Music programs, radio, entertainment, etc.) and other Filming Site Support, can only be applied for officially disclosed schedules (Schedules disclosed through articles and official schedules (lineups, etc.))
* In the case of on-site support for music programs, the preparation period may be shorter depending on the music broadcast. We will not be responsible for the support prepared in advance without the coordination of the Support Staff. 
* For on-site support, although it is a location that can be conducted, it may be subject to change

3. Advertisement (Subway, Bus, Outdoor Ads, Movie Theater, Photo Frame, Cafes, etc.)
- Advertisement Support can be done without prior confirmation
※ Image and video materials necessary for the advertisement will not be provided
※ To prevent misunderstandings, the use of official names (Artist name, company name, fandom name), artists' real names, and official logo is prohibited. 
※ Photos and videos that violate portrait rights or copyrights cannot be used. We will not be accepting inquiries for that matter.

4. Concert (Fan Meeting etc.) Support
- A separate Notice will be given for Concert Supports
* A separate notice will be done about the application for Concert Support, including the Concert Fan Event.
  
 
[Unacceptable Items]
1. Communication or electronic equipment
2. Luxury accessories or jewelry 
3. Cashable items such as gift cards, gift certificates, etc.
   
 
[Other Precautions]
1. Support can only be delivered between 14:00~18:00 on weekdays, except for public holidays. (On-site Support not included)
2. All support requests will only be done through email at [email protected] and will be check in order
3. Delivering gift and support through third parties (such as managers, staff, affiliated staff, etc.) may result in disadvantages, such as being returned or discarded, and not supported by the Support Team in the future.
4. Canceling more than three times after application may be difficult in the processing of the Support
5. We will not be accepting COD, Tarriffs, or Quicks that were not coordinated in advance. 
6. Artist delivery confirmation for supports, fan letters, and gifts will not be possible
7. This notice is subject to change and will be updated occasionally
